PURPOSE: This tutorial is prepared to achieve the below shown Gold drops effect in Photoshop.

PROCEDURE:

Step 01: Take a new document of 720 x 576 pixels with default resolution of 72 pixels, and save the file as 'Gold Drops'.

Step 02: Fill the background with black color. (Ctrl + backspace)

Step 03: Go to Filter menu >Render >Lens flare and add a lens flare to the background with 100% brightness value.
Add few other lens flares repeatedly to the background with different sizes and at different distances like shown below..  

Now, your photoshop image will look like below..

Step 04: Goto Filter menu>Sketch>Chrome and change these settings.
(apply to only background layer not duplicate layer). detail 10, smoothness 7.

Now, your photoshop image will look like below..
